Chatime starts RM35m expansion, teams up with Yusuf Taiyoob to launch ‘Kurma Sensation’

KUALA LUMPUR: Chatime Malaysia, which is embarking on a RM35 million expansion exercise, has launched a new series of drinks, the ‘Kurma Sensation’, in collaboration with Yusuf Taiyoob.

The series is made up of four different drinks that are available at all Chatime outlets nationwide to celebrate the month of Ramadan.

The executive director of Will Group, Chatime Malaysia’s master franchisee, Widayu Latiff, said it is excited to launch its ‘Kurma Sensation’ series this Ramadan and what better way to do so other than collaborating with Yusuf Taiyoob.

“It is going to be a memorable collaboration not only for Chatime, but for our customers too who are constantly looking for delicious and novel flavours to try,” she said in a statement.

Will Group managing director Aliza Ali said exciting collaborations are one of the many things customers can expect from Chatime under the new management.
“We hope to further cater to customers’ demands by increasing our expansion capacity.

“We are currently working on a RM35 million expansion exercise nationwide to launch 70 Chatime outlets by mid-2018, and almost half of those will be launched in the next two months.”

These outlets will be located at Berjaya Times Square, Sky Avenue Genting, Mid Valley, Ikano Damansara, MyTown Shopping Centre, Seremban Gateway, Landmark Centre Kulim, Centre Square Sg Petani and at ten Aeon malls being Aeon Mid Valley, Aeon Klebang, Aeon Station 18, Aeon Mid Valley, Aeon Bukit Mertajam, Aeon Kinta City, Aeon Shah Alam, Aeon Kuching, Aeon Tebrau City, Aeon Bukit Tinggi.
